We ask that participants please adhere to and bring the following: ~ Please arrive and have your gravy ready for the judges table by 10:00 am . There is a lot to do logistically. Judges will be judging before the general public enters. ~ Bring a hearty sample portion of one food item for 500 +guests to “graze” for 3 hours (from 11am – 2:00 pm). ~ Two standard 6 quart crock pots recommended or sterno chaffing dishes. ~ Staff to distribute sampling portion and answer questions about the dish. (limit 2 please) ~ Please notify us in advance about the details on the dish you plan to serve in the comments section to the left, and if you will need biscuits provided for you.
~ Extension cords and power strips if needed. ~ A waste can for beside your table (maybe wrapped in a tablecloth for aesthetics). ~If you wish, a centerpiece, brochures, your own napkins, and business cards for your table. ~Signage on the table identifying your restaurant or name (Feel free to get CREATIVE on this one!!!)
